Blake Cecil
Director of Operations
Bio: Blake Cecil has been with AST since 2020 and the Director of Operations since 2023. He has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, including procurement and resource planning for leading multinational corporations. During his time at AST, Blake has been pivotal in establishing cross-department data integration and building efficient resource planning protocols that have enabled AST to meet crucial project deliverables and expanded production and facility milestones.
As Director of Operations, Blake finds motivation in being part of an industry that has a global impact on the health and wellness of people and communities. A key driver in overseeing procurement and coordinating resources is implementing processes that, in his words, “are commonplace, effective, and useful for all.” Blake approaches targeted, high-value production through hands-on stewardship by working closely with AST’s engineering team and customers on the specific requirements of each aseptic processing system. From the initial project intake to aftermarket requests in the field, Blake guides the procurement journey throughout the full life of all AST equipment.
Blake holds a bachelor’s in accounting from Utah Valley University and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
