The GENiSYS® R system is a robotic aseptic filling and closing machine designed to solve the unique challenges associated with small batch sterile production common to cell, gene and regenerative medicines. GENiSYS® R’s adaptive approach uses flexible robotic automation to process ready-to-fill vials, syringes and cartridges on the same machine. The machine’s peristaltic dispense system gently doses each container directly while on an electronic balance to provide 100% fill weight inspection. This solution handles sensitive and valuable biologic materials with care and ensures each container is filled to specification. GENiSYS® R offers standard modular configurations that allow the system to be easily tailored with isolator-barrier systems, lyophilizers and other critical process systems without the schedule and expense of system customization.
