AST Introduces New Customer Care Team Members
AST is pleased to introduce you to two new members of our Customer Care team. Matt Taylor (right) will serve as Customer Care Manager, and Antonio Bobbitt (middle) joins AST as Project Coordinator. In addition, after 2 years on AST’s controls technician team, Thomas Beebe (left) has been promoted to Customer Care Engineer.
Matt Taylor joins AST with 25+ years of technology-related experience focused on supporting service management teams, as well as their technical and managed service operations. Matt’s broad base of experience encompasses sales, consulting, technical, contract negotiations, and leadership roles. Prior to coming to AST, Matt held roles as an Executive Services Manager, Director, and Manager for companies like NCR, Siemens, and Day Wireless Systems. Outside of work, Matt enjoys golfing and camping.
Antonio Bobbitt has a professional background in Account Management and Project Management emphasizing Technical Support, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain. He is at his best when working with a team to visualize and produce results toward a common goal. When he is not working, Antonio enjoys video games, seeing live music, hiking, playing baseball, and cooking.
Thomas Beebe begins his new role as a Customer Care Engineer after working as a controls technician at AST for the last two years while he finished earning his degree in Manufacturing and Mechatronics from Clover Park Technical College in nearby Lakewood, WA. When Thomas isn’t tinkering with machines and learning how things work, he enjoys rock climbing and is certified in SCUBA diving.
Together, AST’s Customer Care team will continue providing a high level of support to AST’s customers while continuing to enhance AST’s aftermarket service offerings. “I am excited about the growth of AST’s Customer Care team and our increasing capacity to serve AST’s growing customer base,” said Steven Ng, Chief Technology Officer at AST. “All three members of AST’s Customer Care team, as well as the other engineers, technicians, and project managers serving AST’s customers, bring a great deal of experience and passion to the team, and I look forward to continuing to offer top-notch support for our customers.”
