Customer Care Services Areas:

INSTALLATION – AST technicians are available to assist you with installation and start-up, including fine-tuning your AST machine for optimal operation. We can work in cooperation with your staff and installation teams or work independently, completing installation from start to finish. Either way, we will manage the project to ensure your new aseptic machine is running as efficiently and quickly as possible.

MAINTENANCE & SERVICE – A proactive approach to equipment upkeep is essential to success. We take the worry out of your operations with a calculated cadence of part replacements and preventative maintenance plans tailored to your needs and schedule. We also have you covered for spare parts, change parts, and machine consumables.

OPERATIONAL QUALIFICATION PROTOCOLS – Machine qualification is a critical step in getting any aseptic filling system into production. We provide a complete series of test protocols to ensure the equipment operates exactly as the customer purchase order and User Requirements Specifications require. Customers may choose from a variety of different support packages for qualifying their AST equipment.

PERSONALIZED EQUIPMENT TRAINING – Your new equipment is a complex and precise engineering instrument. Having qualified, trained staff is crucial to ensuring long-term and trouble-free operations. Our life science equipment training is tailored to both your fill-finish system and your operation, and thoroughly covers machine operations, care, routine maintenance, system calibration, replacement part installation and common troubleshooting strategies.
